I would like to give a shout out to Mike @ BMWHN, awesome guy who I am completely honored to call my friend and a major supporter of BavSPEED, always asking how he can help.

I've been wanting one for years [ALWAYS been a fan of the e39 body style, I love the lines on it!!!] and actually started looking for one the past year. Came across this one, and just melted. You know the feeling, when THAT is the one lol. :hehee: Yes, I am passionate about cars! :D I was that little kid that had every matchbox car he could possibly have LOL.

Quite honestly I feel truely blessed to have this car, I guess you can say I appreciate things a lot more now then ever did in my life. I've always appreciated everything, but when you are working on average a 10-16 hour work day 6-7 days a week and doing it every week, because you working hard to achieve your dreams, things just start meaning a lot more to you. Whatever it may be.

Been itching every day to drive now, I look forward to jumping in and make any excuse to go for a drive.

Mod bug has bitten hard, I haven't felt the bug bite this bad since I had the MINI Cooper S. Now that the sparco seats are in I kinda started to miss the seat heaters. but the feel of the sparcos and harnesses balance out the no heat. There is only a couple more things that I want to get accomplished on the car before Import reactor. I would really like a CF hood but dnt know. Jesse has his for sale but i really wanted the MA CF vented hood. Is it possible to cut vents in the plain hood without fin up the strength of it? anyone? guess not....so I really want it. my idea would be to put the LTW flag on the hood and then put a light coat of artic silver on top and then peal away the sticker on the hood but leave it on the fender? kinda kool.ya know. Who knows now days there is always a half and half group that thinks its awsome and the other half thinks if rice? U can never please everyone so im going to please myself...well not in that way(get ur minds out of the gutter). ya so is anyone going to blog besides me? i feel kinda lonely over here by myself.

I woke up got to car and got it back. The car was covered in ice!!! Houston for u!!!! was running al lil late but everyone is with Bavspeed. hahaha The roll to the show was fun. Noice little drive. Got to the show and the line was almost a mile long.hahah we were rite in the middle. Finally got in set up and started the endless cleaning. I seems like I could clean that car for days if i had the time. Show started cold and then warmed up. Got to the point where it was pretty nice and the car was clean. Alot of car out there which is not much of the norm.hahah Well between us and EAG we had a total of 30 cars which is sooo much better than just me out there. The line for food was even longer. For some reason it seemed like all day I was waiting in lines... as for the show it went well. There wasnt enough classes for BMW but talk to the coordinator and he is making more classes for BMW and going to mail out the trophies later in the week. YAY for that. Overall it was a good show. A lack of Hott woman(preferably asian) but givn the cold I could see y. Maybe once it warms up.

I am always amazed when this time of the year comes as you look back at everything that has happened throughout the year to where you got to now. So what would I classify 2007 for me? It was a good learning year for... 2007 is coming to a close, can actually start counting the hours down now. I am always amazed when this time of the year comes as you look back at everything that has happened throughout the year to where you got to now.

So what would I classify 2007 for me? It was a good learning year for myself. I learned what I wanted in life, and the struggles to attain your dreams. That working hard and working together you can achieve any goal you set before you. While I haven't reached there yet, "there" being accomplishing all my goals I have, I am moving in the right direction and that's what counts. Life is about constant learning, and using that knowledge to better yourself, whatever it may be.

With 2008 around the corner, projects and calaborations are happening left and right. Houston is going to be an explosive bed for quite a few things happening. I see a lot more happening next year then in 2007. The car scene is coming back, and its going to be stronger then ever thanks to so many countless people that are pushing this. Thank you, you know who you are! :helloo: Here in the south, it has always been harder to bring everybody out as it is in the west coast and east coast. Just take a look at some of their events as prove, crazy amount of turnouts with very strong support from the community.

Things are starting to change for the better :thumbsup: 2008 is going to be a great year. Hot Summer Nights Car Show, 2008 will mark the 5th year the show has been running and will make this quite an important milestone, this is going to be an event you will not want to miss this year if you have in the past!
